Schedule: Continental Shift Schedule (12-hour rotations, alternating Days and Nights)

Wage: $46.20 per hour for Journeypersons (+ Night Shift Premium)

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and overhauls on industrial pumps, seals, motors, and conveyor lines.
System Diagnostics: Isolate and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to effectively minimize operational downtime.
Team Collaboration: Partner daily with plant engineering, electrical crews, and operations to pinpoint and implement machinery upgrades.
Precision Alignment: Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics to properly assemble and calibrate equipment for peak performance.
Rapid Breakdown Response: Address urgent equipment failures promptly and safely to ensure plant production targets stay on track.
Asset Tracking: Keep detailed and accurate work logs within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Qualifications
What are we looking for in a candidate?
Credentials: Valid Alberta Journeyman Millwright Ticket or currently registered 3rd/4th Year Apprentice.
Background: Demonstrated experience servicing machinery within a heavy industrial plant or manufacturing facility.
Safety First: A strict commitment to a "zero-harm" workplace and the ability to pass a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol screening.
Flexibility: Fully available to work a 12-hour rotating day/night continental shift pattern.
Core Skills: Strong mechanical problem-solving capabilities and fundamental computer skills for completing digital work orders.
