Payrate: $75,000 to $85,000

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Workflow Planning: Design and oversee the lifecycle of preventative and restorative work orders, ensuring all labor, specialized tools, and components are staged prior to execution.
Operational Liaison: Act as the primary interface between the manufacturing floor and the technical team to negotiate maintenance windows that minimize impact on output.
Data Systems Management: Own the administration of the maintenance software (CMMS), ensuring data integrity and accurate tracking of equipment history.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on critical KPIs, including equipment availability, backlog health, and maintenance efficacy to drive continuous improvement.
Project & Shutdown Leadership: Lead the logistical planning for facility-wide shutdowns and capital improvement projects.
Quality & Safety Guardianship: Guarantee that all mechanical work adheres to strict regulatory frameworks and hygienic standards, ensuring that facility modifications never compromise product integrity or workplace safety.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Technical Credential: Valid Provincial/State Industrial Skilled Trade License (e.g., 443A or equivalent).
Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in a hands-on mechanical role within a fast-paced production environment.
Planning Expertise: At least 1 year of dedicated experience in scheduling, industrial planning, or logistical coordination.
Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and preventative strategies.
Required Competencies
Logistical Precision: Expert-level organizational skills with the ability to pivot priorities in a dynamic environment.
Interpersonal Leadership: Strong communication skills to coordinate across diverse departmental teams.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in digital office suites and specialized maintenance management software.
Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency solutions.
