We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing team in Cambridge.
Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Shift: Afternoons Monday to Thursday 2pm to 11pm
License: Either 433a or 442a with a completed apprenticeship
Location: Cambridge
Salary: 95K to 110K depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop and train a team of 6-8 maintenance personnel
- Ensure all staff are following all GMP standards
- Work with the Maintenance Manager + operations on ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are properly ordered and tracked
- Ensure that continuous improvement is top of mind of all operations
- Work with the production teams to address all maintenance concerns
Qualifications
- 3-5 years working as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment preferable within the consumed goods space
- Either a Millwright 433a or an Electrician 442a is required with a completed apprenticeship
- Very strong interpersonal, managerial and team building skills required
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
