Responsibilities
A Day in the Life as a Maintenance Supervisor:
Your core responsibilities will include:
•Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
•Directing and supporting your shift team (assigning work orders, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and fostering skill development).
•Ensuring the accurate execution, documentation, and closure of work orders within the CMMS software.
•Leading root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for recurring mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment issues.
•Championing Health & Safety standards across all maintenance activities, promoting safe work behaviors at all times.
•Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), explaining variances, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For In Our Next Maintenance Supervisor

•Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Automated Systems Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
•Experience: 5 to 7 years of industrial maintenance experience, including significant experience supervising or coordinating technical teams.
•Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, alongside hands-on experience using a CMMS.
•Language Skills: Functional bilingualism in French and English to review technical documentation and interact with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
•Core Strengths: Authentic field leadership, clear communication skills, operational rigor, and a proven ability to coach and inspire a team.
