The Management Controller will work closely with the management, production, and operations teams to provide a clear and proactive view of financial and operational performance. Their expertise will be essential in optimizing processes, improving profitability, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the annual budget, as well as financial forecasting.
- Analyze the profitability of operations and identify cost optimization levers.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
- Produce reports and dashboards for management.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and operations teams to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Identify, recommend, and implement financial and operational process improvements.
- Actively participate in special projects related to company performance and transformation.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in management control, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative mindset.
