Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week. Flex 8-4pm 10-6pm

Responsibilities
Lead with purpose: Partner with Operations leaders to embed a structured, people-first change management approach across all transformation initiatives.
Coach for impact: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders—coaching them through change, building their capability, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and service excellence.
Plan for the future: Support workforce planning by aligning organizational design and talent strategies with future-state operating models.
Drive engagement: Translate year-end survey results into actionable engagement strategies that elevate employee experience and drive measurable outcomes.
Tell compelling stories: Develop and execute a storytelling strategy that brings our transformation to life—connecting people to purpose through leadership forums, internal campaigns, and recruitment narratives.
Build change capability: Establish and lead a network of change agents across the business to champion transformation and sustain momentum.
Deliver results: Execute change mitigation strategies that minimize disruption, accelerate adoption, and ensure successful outcomes across all stakeholder groups.
Celebrate progress: Design and deliver people-focused initiatives—like town halls, recognition programs, and milestone celebrations—that foster motivation and pride.
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Change Management, ideally within insurance or financial services
Required Soft Skills:
- Results-oriented multi-tasker who can manage and prioritize multiple workstreams.
- Possess organizational change management/change leadership skills and hands on experience coordinating internal/external resources in support of successful implementation of change efforts.
-Confident presence with senior management, including excellent written presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong, results-oriented process and project management skills, including the ability keep multiple projects and /or processes with varying timelines moving ahead. Well organized with high focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and through ambiguity on projects with appropriate judgement to determine when more senior involvement is required.
- Strength in building and fostering relationships and influencing across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to motivate and inspire cross functional teams.
- Strong track record and positive reputation to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, within and/or beyond their business area.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Change management professional designation an asset.
- Experience in/or knowledge of business would be an asset.
Education: Bachelor's degree is nice, but care more about the experience
