Advantages
Compensation: Competitive salary between $63,000 and $67,000.
Vacation: 3 weeks.
Group Insurance: After 3 months on the job, 50% financed by the employer.
Work Environment: Predominantly remote work with two days per month at the office for team meetings, located in Longueuil.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 6 people and liaise with other departments (management, IT, accounting).
Manage internal operations, including assigning client requests to advisors and agents.
Ensure performance management and quality control of customer service.
Participate in the implementation of a new client request management tool and manage the change.
Develop procedures for client satisfaction and complaint management.
Conduct quality follow-ups and produce dashboards to measure performance.
Strengthen team bonds and foster collaboration in a remote work context.
Qualifications
Experience in team and performance management.
Ability to manage change and adapt to new processes.
Excellent command of both French and English.
Ability to create and maintain interpersonal relationships remotely.
Resourcefulness and comfort with technological tools.
Strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills.
