We are recruiting an FP&A Manager within a rapidly growing company. This role offers the opportunity to structure the FP&A function while participating in several major projects. Responsibilities
- Set up and structure the FP&A function, including the necessary processes, tools, and financial models for a growing organization
- Oversee all financial planning cycles (annual budget, periodic forecasts, long-term plan) and ensure their rigor and consistency
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support decision-making and anticipate the company's needs
- Conduct scenario analyses and financial feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives and investment projects
- Produce and develop high-quality financial reporting for management, highlighting key performance metrics, variances, and trends
- Analyze and review financial statements in collaboration with accounting to ensure data accuracy and identify risks and opportunities
- Define, monitor, and evolve financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supervise, manage, and contribute to the development of an FP&A team, including training, mentoring, and establishing best practices
- Collaborate on the selection, implementation, and optimization of BI tools and technological solutions to ensure cutting-edge analysis and reporting capabilities
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA designation is an asset
-Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant and progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, including strong experience in financial modeling and financial performance analysis
-Excellent proficiency in Excel as well as practical experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems
-Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify financial information and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
-Analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide relevant recommendations
-Collaborative leadership, with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust with teams and business partners
