Responsibilities
Performance Management
o Management of supplier performance monitoring activities through the supplier manager attestation
o Stakeholder management to ensure timely completion of performance management questionnaires and attestations
Service Organization Control Reviews
o Collect and review the SOC reports for the CM portfolio and ensure the reports are current and meet company compliance requirements.
o Coordinate annual SOC review and document any control gaps with the Supplier Manager
o Monitor remediation of any identified control deficiencies and track closure timelines
o Maintain documentation of SOC reviews within the internal SOC repository
o Escalate any critical control failures or non-compliance issues as required
Supplier Risk Management Assessments (SRMAs)
o Act as the primary point-of-contact for suppliers, business units (BUs), and governance offices to manage supplier engagements from onboarding
to offboarding.
o Assist BUs in conducting third-party risk assessments and due diligence to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory
requirements.
o Engage with suppliers to collect necessary documentation and information for due diligence and risk assessment processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in supplier management, risk management, or a related field.
Experience in Cyber Security or supplier acquisition projects is an asset.
Familiarity with commercial purchase contract language is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage supplier-related documentation and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and tools is an advantage.
