Position: Manager, Third Party Risk Quality Assurance
Competitive Salary
Location: Toronto, ON
12month contract (Potential of extension/Conversion)
Hybrid – currently 3 days a week from office, 2 remotely with option to increase in office days, following enterprise direction.

Responsibilities
This role will primarily conduct quality assurance reviews on third party monitoring activities and artifacts such as:
•Supplier Risk Assessments
•Exit Strategies
•Performance Management Questionnaires
•Supplier Manager Attestations
•Termination Assessments
•Identify gaps and implement enhancements with current processes and procedures
•Manage or support projects related to supplier risk management activities.
Qualifications
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
•Minimum of 2 years of vendor management, managing vendor contracts and service levels and monitoring vendor performance
•Minimum of 2 years working knowledge of third-party risk management processes and methodologies
•Minimum of 2 years working knowledge of quality assurance reviews or controls testing
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
•Preferred Industry recognized third party risk management or vendor management certification (e.g CTPRP Certification, Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, Certificate of Professional Learning in Risk Management)
Soft Skills:
•Effective collaborator and positive team member with strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to report, analyze, interpret, and critically think
•Ability to research information, problem solve, and make solid business decisions
•Strong customer service and consulting skills
•Strong planning, analytical & critical thinking, organizational, change management
•Effective Communication, Strong presentation and coaching skills
•Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment and be able to multi-task and handle voluminous workflow, work under tight deadlines, balance multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
