Working out of the North York office two days a week, this person will be responsible for the planning of staffing levels across the organization over the next 1-5 years. The ideal candidate would come from a similar industry, been involved in workforce planning from the initial stage to completion, with organizations of at least 1500 employees.

Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing levels in relation to the next 1-5 year company projections (including upcoming projects, hiring volumes and other factors).
- Work with the HR and Finance team to establish budgets, projections, timelines and more over the next 1-5 years.
- Utilize technologies to best forecast and analyze practices.
- Work with various stakeholders to communicate and present the plan, gaining approval from the Executive Leadership team.
- Once approved, work internally to execute the plans for staffing levels and ensure that deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in a similar role (at the Manager level)
- Preference is for candidates from the financial, banking, insurance, consulting industry
- Strong communication skills, must be skilled at presentations in front of Senior Executives
- Super user of Excel and other planning softwares
