YOUR ROLE AS THE MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR:
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from floor supervision to organizing workflows and supporting your team. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where your expertise and leadership will directly impact people, processes, and results.

Responsibilities
•Ensure compliance with health & safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies at all times.
•Act as a role model and foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability.
•Lead, coach, and motivate your team to meet and exceed production targets while maintaining customer quality standards.
•Support and promote continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
•Plan, prioritize, and adjust resources to ensure production schedules are met.
•Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support employee growth.
•Ensure all employees receive the necessary training to succeed in their roles.
•Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
•Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently and effectively.
•Build a positive team environment based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
Qualifications
•Education: DEC or equivalent experience.
•Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Technical Knowledge:
oSolid understanding of GMP and SOPs.
oStrong computer skills (Windows, AS/400, MS Office).
oKnowledge of manufacturing equipment such as pumps, mixers, homogenizers.
•Languages: Bilingual (French & English). Some communications and documentation are exclusively in English.
•Key Skills:
oStrong leadership and coaching abilities.
oClear and confident communication.
oDisciplined, organized, and results-oriented.
oAdaptability and resilience under pressure.
oCollaborative team player.
