Your High-Impact Mission: Manufacturing Supervisor (Evening Shift)
Shift: Monday to Friday, approximately 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Lead a crucial, high-focus shift during peak production hours.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be the empowering leader responsible for the critical transformation of raw materials into high-quality semi-finished products (creams, deodorants, shampoos, etc.). Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our rigorous standard of excellence. You will actively manage the production floor, strategically organize workflow, and ensure every step meets rigorous standards for Quality, Safety, and Efficiency. You are a key player in mobilizing your team, achieving ambitious production goals, and ensuring a seamless transition to the packaging stage.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do to Drive Success as a Manufacturing Supervisor:
•Lead Production Excellence: Actively supervise the transformation process, ensuring all semi-finished products meet precise customer requirements and stringent quality standards.
•Quality Gatekeeper: Take ownership of critical blend parameters (viscosity, homogeneity, temperature) to guarantee product compliance before transfer to the next stage.
•Safety & Compliance Champion: Ensure the rigorous application of Health & Safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and operational procedures, fostering a safe and compliant environment for everyone.
•Strategic Workflow Organizer: Organize and prioritize daily work plans to ensure the production schedule is met efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
•Equipment Steward: Monitor the availability and optimal performance of key manufacturing equipment (mixers, pumps, homogenizers), and skillfully lead troubleshooting efforts when issues arise.
•Develop and Mentor: Actively coach, train, and develop your team members, nurturing their technical skills, autonomy, and career growth within our organization.
•Drive Seamless Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Packaging, Maintenance) to ensure smooth product transfers and holistic operational efficiency.
•Cultivate a Winning Culture: Promote and embody a culture of continuous improvement, mutual respect, and high-level collaboration across the entire facility.
Qualifications
The Manufacturing Supervisor we are looking for has:
•Proven Leadership: You possess solid experience in team supervision with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and mobilize a team to achieve ambitious production objectives.
•Educational Foundation: A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or equivalent, demonstrated, and progressive experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
•Technical Authority: Expert knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and robust Operational Procedures (SOPs).
•Exceptional Communicator and Coach: You communicate fluently, are comfortable coaching, and have a passion for developing the skills and careers of your team members.
•Technologically Adept: Comfortable using computer tools (Windows; experience with AS/400 is a valuable asset).
•Solution-Oriented Approach: You thrive with a rigorous, structured, and proactive solution-oriented mindset.
•Bilingual Proficiency: Fully bilingual in French and English (oral and written) is essential due to international customer procedures and internal communications being frequently conducted in English.
•Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding of manufacturing equipment (pumps, mixers, homogenizers) and how they directly influence product quality.
