Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain competitor data in excel according to the project brief.
Information Gathering: Extract specific data points from provided documents, websites, or reports as instructed.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of the data entered, identifying and correcting errors to ensure high data integrity.
Process Adherence: Strictly follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures for data handling and organization.
Progress Tracking: Meet daily/weekly data entry quotas and provide simple status updates to the project manager.
Qualifications
Accuracy & Speed: Strong typing skills with an exceptionally high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Excel
Focus: Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining concentration and quality.
Experience: Previous administrative, data entry, or clerical experience is preferred.
Soft Skills: Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
