Responsibilities
As a Market Research Analyst, you will:
Master internal data systems and meticulously maintain databases.
Design, lead, and execute primary and secondary market research to understand consumer needs, habits, and trends.

Translate business objectives into effective survey designs to uncover customer preferences.
Analyze statistical data using tabulation tools like Excel and Q.

Qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with:
3+ years of demonstrated success in market research, journey mapping, and project management.
A proven ability to gather and interpret large volumes of primary and secondary data, coupled with strong multitasking skills.
Excellent knowledge of research methodologies, database management, and business research tools.
Familiarity with CRM programs is a plus.
Adequate knowledge of various data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
A proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Exceptional independent project management skills and a highly organized approach.
Experience overseeing projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring completion according to scope, budget, and timeline.
The ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
A commitment to delivering high-quality outputs with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated prioritization abilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and resilience under pressure.
