Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
• Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. Content & Campaign Management
• Manage content creation across social media, email, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and values. Platform Optimization
• Oversee the optimization of Shopify, ensuring user-friendly, visually appealing, and informative experiences. Webinars & Digital Learning
• Plan and execute engaging webinars to promote education and interaction with our products. Performance Marketing
• Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure campaigns are performing efficiently.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy.
• Invoice Processing: Routing bills from freelancers, agencies, and software providers for approval.
• Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Performance Marketing Specialist
• Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data to optimize retention and repeat purchase strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and customer behavior. Data-Driven Marketing
• Use data insights to inform campaign strategy and continuously improve results. Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and sales. Trend Monitoring
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative practices to strengthen our online presence.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field a strong asset
• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing
• Experience in the beauty industry an asset
•English and French spoken ideally or bilingual
• English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. Shopify experience is a plus.
• Creative & Analytical Mindset: A balance of creative flair and data-driven problem-solving.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong Focus on Results-Driven Growth: Paid media expertise and lifecycle marketing skills.
