This is a hands-on role requiring strong copywriting, design, organization, planning, production, and reporting skills. The Marketing Associate is expected to produce thoughtful, accurate, and high-quality work while managing priorities, meeting established timelines, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
•Execute and support marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives while meeting established timelines and quality standards.
•Contribute to brand-specific marketing efforts across email, social media, website planning and merchandising, digital advertising, supplier marketing, and other channels.
•Gather, analyze, and report on marketing performance data across platforms.
•Develop assigned marketing topics into complete campaign content and creative direction, including researching and defining the messaging, writing copy in English and French, determining content hierarchy and presentation, and preparing clear direction and requirements for the design team.
•Create effective, on-brand graphics to support marketing campaigns using Canva.
Develop supplier online store wireframes, category structures, product organization, and supporting content.
•Review and quality-check work for accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and completeness before submission.
•Collaborate with Marketing Strategists, fellow Associates, and other internal teams to support marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
•Communicate professionally with suppliers as needed.
Qualifications
•Post-secondary diploma in Marketing and/or a minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience in a corporate environment.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the objective behind an assignment and make thoughtful decisions accordingly.
•Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
•Ability to understand direction, ask thoughtful questions when needed, take initiative, and independently carry assignments through to completion.
•Strong self-review and quality assurance skills, with the ability to identify and correct issues before work is submitted for review.
•Ability to receive, understand, and effectively apply feedback to current and future assignments.
•Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully in a collaborative team environment.
•Proficiency with Meta Platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office, and ChatGPT
•English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
