• Manage the execution of marketing communications tactics (direct mail, email, SMS, web, etc.)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience
• Develop detailed marketing communication briefs and collaborate with agencies on creative development
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand and legal alignment
• Collaborate with data teams to develop business rules and understand segmentation for targeted messaging
Qualifications
• University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency/marketing environment (experience developing marketing communications materials and assessing creative is an asset)
• Experience managing the development and execution of marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Customer-first mentality
• Passion for consumer marketing and technology
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive brainstorming abilities
• Experience in the telecommunications industry (an asset)
• Bilingualism (French & English) (a strong asset)
