Position: Marketing Communications Consultant

Responsibilities
• Manage the execution of marketing communications tactics (direct mail, email, SMS, web, etc.)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience
• Develop detailed marketing communication briefs and collaborate with agencies on creative development
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, customer operations, product, network, brand, legal) to ensure brand and legal alignment
• Partner with data teams to develop business rules and understand segmentation for targeted messaging
Qualifications
• University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency/marketing environment
• Experience developing marketing communications materials, including writing briefs and strong creative assessment abilities
• Experience managing the development and execution of marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
