Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize logistics for trade shows and congresses (resources, materials, accommodation, travel, etc.)
Coordinate activities with external vendors and service providers (marketing, logistics, printing, etc.)
Manage inventory of promotional, demo, and trial materials
Support sales managers with the ordering of marketing collateral
Coordinate shipments and communications with the international head office
Track event-related expenses, supplier invoices, and cost reports
Attend select events to gain market insight and provide onsite support to sales teams
Serve as the main point of contact for staff and clients during events
Propose and implement tools to improve efficiency (templates, processes, shared files)
Qualifications
Profile Sought:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (an asset)
2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in event planning
Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, data management)
Knowledge of form creation tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingualism required (French and English)
