Manage guest sentiment and feedback platforms to inform marketing strategy and customer experience improvements.
Brand & Menu Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all channels and markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and update menu pricing, design menu boards, and direct creative execution.
Support the production and distribution of marketing materials to all store locations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Budgeting
Work closely with executive leadership, operations, and revenue management to ensure strategic alignment across departments.
Lead and moderate regular brand marketing meetings to coordinate initiatives and priorities.
Manage the marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI, efficient resource allocation, and contract/media buy negotiations at a division or enterprise level.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation

Perform competitor benchmarking on pricing, positioning, and brand strategies.
