Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact between internal clients and the creative team
Translate business needs into clear project briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Manage day-to-day project flow, including status meetings, feedback loops, and approvals
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and digital teams
Ensure creative solutions align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Identify and address project risks or bottlenecks proactively
Provide clear documentation and communication to all stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and processes
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and leadership
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in Account Management or Project Management within an in-house agency or creative/marketing environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Experience working with creative teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Trello is a plus
Understanding of creative development processes across digital, print, and video
