Define campaign structures, targeting strategies, and messaging for Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.
Manage and guide the Ads Manager to ensure performance targets (ROAS, CAC) are met.
Approve budgets, scaling strategies, and rigorous testing roadmaps.
Lifecycle & eCommerce Management
Own the strategy for email and SMS (Klaviyo), managing flows for abandoned carts, welcome series, and retention.
Lead the content strategy for Amazon, ensuring PDPs and storefronts are optimized for conversion.
Act as the primary liaison for Shopify-related tasks and web optimizations.
Creative Direction & Web Design
Oversee the design of landing pages, banners, and digital assets.
Collaborate with the creative team on UI/UX considerations to ensure brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Team Management
Provide clear direction and set KPIs for the Graphic Designer, 3D Artist, Marketing Assistant, and Ads Manager.
Manage team workloads and ensure the quality of output aligns with global brand standards.

Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of full campaign ownership.
Performance Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads) and experience overseeing high-spend performance budgets.
ECommerce Proficiency: Strong background in Shopify and Amazon marketplace ecosystems (A+ content, Storefronts, and SEO).
Lifecycle Marketing: Hands-on experience with email and SMS strategy, specifically utilizing Klaviyo for segmentation and flow optimization.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team to meet tight deadlines and quality standards.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable creative and spend optimizations.
