Our client, based in Anjou, is looking for a strategic and proactive Marketing Manager.
You will be at the heart of our strategy for revamping our marketing communications and promoting our products. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy. The missions will be diverse and strategic, covering all activities related to marketing and customer communication.

Responsibilities
Content and Collateral: Create and update all promotional tools (technical sheets, presentations, catalogs, etc.).
Visual Design: Design visual templates for various media (print, digital, trade shows).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product directors to align materials.
Media Development: Develop printed advertisements, brochures, videos, and visuals for trade shows, etc.
Global Strategy: Develop the company's overall marketing strategy, in line with its commercial and financial objectives.
Objective Setting: Determine short, medium, and long-term marketing objectives.
Market Positioning: Identify target market segments and position the company's offering to best meet their needs.
Event Management: Participate in the organization of trade shows (e.g., MCEE), client events, and corporate trips.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics, promotion, and production of event-related material.
Social Media: Create, plan, and publish relevant content; actively engage the community; and analyze publication performance.
COOP Management: Maintain and update the inventory of COOP marketing agreements with our suppliers, and strategically plan their use in collaboration with the sales management.
Customer Loyalty: Rebuild the entire customer loyalty program in collaboration with the sales management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, B.A.A., or equivalent experience.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with our teams and clients across our 2 Quebec branches and 4 English-speaking Canadian branches.
Knowledge of B2B marketing principles.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; very strong command of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Canva, or AI presentation tools (Assets: knowledge of Beautiful.ai, Figma, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO, e-commerce, and social media.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects, with diligence and creativity.
