The Marketing Manager will report to a senior leader in Sales and Marketing and be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring regional marketing programs across Canadian operations. This role is key to aligning marketing efforts with corporate and strategic business goals, driving impactful programs that reach targeted customer groups. The position also includes managing a direct report, the Marketing Project Specialist and working onsite at their Mississauga corporate office.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and measure a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple touchpoints to help the branch network reach target customer groups.
Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the Canadian corporate website.
Manage the annual marketing program budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to align strategy and develop impactful programs that support sales goals.
Work closely with the various stakeholder on the development of campaign assets and essential communications.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of marketing programs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement to management.
Establish and maintain department processes for effective internal and external communications, ensuring all development and approval processes are followed.
Provide leadership for a direct report, including training, development, and performance counseling.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in digital advertising and marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make timely, effective decisions.
Proven ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and a strong sense of urgency.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required, as the role may involve some travel and occasional overnight stays.
Note: All new hires will be required to complete a criminal reference check for employment eligibility.
