Working closely with the Director of Marketing, internal departments, and supplier partners, this role develops marketing plans, campaign strategies, website growth initiatives, supplier marketing programs, content opportunities, and performance reporting. • Develop and maintain marketing plans, calendars, and strategic initiatives; • Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth;
•Recommend new marketing programs, campaigns, and website initiatives; • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Campaign Planning & Coordination
• Plan and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, promotions, product launches, supplier campaigns, and more;
• Develop campaign objectives, messaging, creative direction, and execution plans that align with business objectives;
• Coordinate campaign requirements and project deliverables with the Director of Marketing and fellow Marketing Strategists;
Supplier Marketing & Partnership Programs
• Develop and maintain marketing relationships with assigned supplier partners;
• Participate in supplier planning meetings and strategy discussions; • Identify opportunities to maximizensupplier marketing funds and coop participation; • Coordinate supplier-sponsored campaigns
and promotional activities;
• Track commitments, deliverables, and performance of supplier
Website Growth, AEO & SEO
• Contribute to the development and optimization of website content hubs, brand stores,
industry-focused destinations, landing pages, and category experiences;
• Identify opportunities to improve website content, user experience, information architecture,
and discoverability;
• Support the company's Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and SEO strategy across digital
properties;
• Research emerging search technologies and recommend opportunities to improve organic
visibility and discoverability;
• Collaborate across departments to implement AEO and SEO best practices, develop
authoritative digital experiences, and recommend continuous improvements based on
performance.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Develop campaign plans and maintain content calendars; • Identify opportunities to improve
engagement and brand awareness; • Collaborate on social media, video, and digital content
initiatives; • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements; • Support paid and organic marketing initiatives as required.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor marketing performance and key performance indicators; • Prepare recurring reports
and performance summaries; • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
based on data; • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to the Director of Marketing;
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Marketing, Front End, Content, Contact Maintenance, SEM, Sales, Development, and supplier partners;
• Coordinate priorities and communicate project requirements across departments; • Participate in planning meetings, project reviews, and strategic discussions;
• Support cross-training, knowledge sharing, and coverage across strategic programs.
Qualifications
• Postsecondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
English spoken and written with a functional French
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a corporate, agency, or commercial environment;
Experience developing and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience analyzing marketing performance and reporting results;
• Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and continuous learning;
• Experience working with marketing, analytics, collaboration, social media management, and project management platforms.
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
