1. Master Data Lifecycle & Intake ManagementCreate and maintain master data objects (Material, Vendor, Service, Plant) using SAP, WinShuttle, Ariba, and MDM toolsets. Coordinate closely with requestors to gather complete and accurate master data and vendor onboarding information for system entry. 2. Governance, Data Integrity & Fraud PreventionApply strict fraud prevention controls when validating sensitive modifications to vendor records. Perform periodic audits and monitor data quality trends, compliance reporting, and duplicate/obsolescence management. Maintain absolute alignment with MDM standards, governance frameworks, approval matrices, corporate policies, and data dictionaries.
3. Analytics, Support & Continuous ImprovementIdentify, investigate, and resolve vendor-related anomalies, including incorrect setups, data inconsistencies, and invoice mismatches. Leverage reporting and analytics to establish data maintenance cycles, identify gaps, and execute data cleanup initiatives. Support master data initiatives including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system configuration upgrades, and process design optimizations. Create and maintain process documentation, training programs, and knowledge transfer resources for business users. Support vendor enablement strategies, including Ariba network integrations and eCommerce platform data mapping.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain operations.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with SAP and LSMW/WinShuttle toolsets.
Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with robust overall computer literacy.
Execution: Strong attention to detail, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to manage a large volume of projects within tight deadlines.
Communication: Good oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related functional field.
