Material Handler 30-50 lbs

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklift and reach-truck machinery throughout the facility.
- Learn and follow detailed written instructions to mix adhesive batches.
- Perform general labor tasks and support daily material handling. (70% in first few weeks while you are in training and 30% GL after completion of training.)
- Conduct quality checks on batch formulations and maintain a clean workstation.
- Collaborate closely within a supportive production team.

Qualifications
Requirements
- Valid Forklift and Reach-Truck licenses (6+ months of operating experience will be an asset).
- 1+ year of warehouse experience (production line experience is an asset).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
- Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working hands-on with adhesives.
