Skill Development: Receive in-house training on Counterbalance Forklifts.
Responsibilities
Support production lines by handling materials and finished goods.
Assist in the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient production.
Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move stock (training and certification provided on-site).
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications
Commute: Must have a reliable vehicle. This location is not accessible by public transit.
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred (distinct from general warehouse picking/packing).
Forklift Skills: Prior experience with a Counterbalance Forklift is a major asset; an active external license is not required.
Ambition: Looking for individuals who want to grow with the company and transition into technical production roles.
Reliability: Strong attendance record and the ability to work an early morning shift consistently.
