Because you will be working as a Material Handler on a Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), consistency is key to meeting the facility's daily production and shipping targets. Responsibilities
• Valid external Crown Dock Stocker certification is mandatory.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be available for the full duration of the contract (starting immediately until mid-May).
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing & Logistics or warehouse industry.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in London, Ontario.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Operate a Crown Dock Stocker safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform manual loading and unloading of shipments from trailers and containers.
• Execute general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and sorting inventory.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in daily shift briefings led by the Supervisor.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean and free of hazards to support a safe Manufacturing & Logistics environment.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure all daily shipping deadlines are met.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Material Handler or Forklift Operator in a warehouse setting.
• Expert-level maneuverability with a Crown Dock Stocker.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent spatial awareness and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
