Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Organizing work orders and assigning them to technicians or work teams.Coordinating the recruitment and management of appropriate subcontractors.Collaborating closely with technicians to plan for materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources.Developing and maintaining up-to-date workflow processes and distributing them to the entire account team.Reviewing predictive maintenance data to identify trends and regularly reporting to management and the client.Conducting annual reviews of preventative and predictive maintenance programs.Applying standard principles and practices with limited hands-on experience.Demonstrating and upholding behaviors that align with CBRE's RISE values.Ensuring the quality of your own work.Working according to standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines.Communicating clearly and simply, asking questions, and ensuring understanding from your interlocutors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:A High school diploma, GED, or business school diploma, plus 2-3 years of work experience (a combination of experience and training will be considered in the absence of a diploma).The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.The ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.Experience analyzing information and standard practices to draw conclusions.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Intermediate math skills. Ability to perform complex calculations such as percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.
