Responsibilities
Industrial Mechanic Responsibilities in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal:
As an Industrial Mechanic specializing in pharmaceutical packaging machinery, your main responsibilities will be to assemble and disassemble a wide variety of machines. You will also be in charge of the complete installation of machines and production lines.
Your role will include the repair of equipment and parts necessary for the proper functioning of the machines. Although it represents a small portion of your tasks, you will also need to perform conventional and digital machining of parts, as well as welding on various components and equipment.
It is essential that you are very comfortable with reading both metric and imperial plans. Your expertise in this area is crucial to the success of our projects.
Qualifications

For this Industrial Mechanic position, we're looking for a candidate with a Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Industrial Mechanics or an equivalent certification. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential to succeed in this role.
We highly value initiative and innovation, as we're seeking someone who can propose new ideas and adapt to challenges. A proactive attitude, positive energy, and strong interpersonal skills are also crucial for fitting in with our dynamic team.
Finally, fluency in both French and English is required to communicate effectively within the company.
