Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Engineering team to design emissions control products, silencers, stacks, and working platforms.
Collect and interpret technical information from the sales team and senior design engineers.
Create 3D models and detailed drawings, from concept to manufacturing-ready documentation.
Design sheet metal parts, tooling, and fixtures; prepare detailed production and engineering drawings.
Generate layer-by-layer Bills of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.
Conduct analytical evaluations and CAD simulations.
Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional departments.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficient in 3D modeling using SolidWorks and 2D drafting with AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and BOM structures.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design, drafting, and manufacturing.
At least 3 years of recent and continuous experience with SolidWorks.
Strong analytical skills with experience in CAD simulations.
Familiarity with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
