• Experienced working on various types (Liquids, Natural Gas, Renewables) and sizes (small and large) of Oil and Gas projects.
• Independently and actively represent Engineering at workshops or stakeholder reviews to brainstorm ideas for improvement or optimization of process workflows related to project execution governance.
• Facilitate training and awareness sessions for new and updated engineering governance document to all project stakeholders, virtually and in person.
• Facilitate stakeholder review meetings, drive discussions, make decisions to accept/reject comments from stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Engineering deliverables by various disciplines.
• Solid understanding of Engineering interfaces with Procurement, Contracts, Project management, Quality, Construction, Commissioning.
• Experience with Asset Management. Assist with development and maintenance of Asset Classes and Asset types, collaborate with technical SMEs and Engineering Contractor to define attributes/taxonomy of various Asset types, and support development and sustainment of the Project Item Master library (Enterprise Material and Equipment Catalogue).
• Assist with sustainment activities related to cloud-based project data management repository (Kahua).
• Review proposed deviations to engineering governance documents when requested.
• Review and incorporate change requests to governance documents.
