Advantages
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in-office per week (Tuesday is compulsory), with potential to drop to 1 day per week during this period.
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility based on daily activities. Some later hours (up to 6:30 PM) may be occasionally required.
Compensation: $26.44 – $31.25 per hour
Responsibilities
As a Media Coordinator, you will be integral to the smooth execution of our media operations, focusing heavily on data management and quality control for our US-based clients. Your main tasks will include:
Data Management: Managing, organizing, verifying, and reconciling large datasets, specifically for tasks like verifying TV airing times.
Quality Control: Performing validation and quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Performance Analysis: Producing ongoing and as-needed analysis to assess media performance.
Reporting: Writing clear, concise, client-ready reports and documents.
Liaison: Serving as a key internal and external liaison to maximize team operational accuracy and efficiency.
Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the department, including manual data input (e.g., air numbers).
Qualifications
Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented.
Passionate about working with and analyzing datasets, with an ability to think critically about data.
Committed to integrity and continuous learning.
Able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others effectively.
A background in television, buying, media analytics, or fundraising would be an asset.
