Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday (7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
Salary: $22.11 to $28.23/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
As an administrative assistant, you will provide direct support to the Stem Cell Registry Service Manager. Your main duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls, providing general information, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Drafting routine correspondence, maintaining office organization, and filing and archiving documents.
- Ensuring the accuracy, accuracy, and preparation of medical records.
- Entering data into various specialized software programs and compiling statistics for the department.
Qualifications
- Hold a diploma in medical secretarial studies OR any other equivalent combination of education and experience, including:
*A diploma in an administrative field combined with relevant experience in the healthcare sector;
OR
*A diploma in the healthcare field combined with experience in administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Essential bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. Note: Proficiency in English is required, as you will be working on projects that must be presented and delivered to clients in English.
- Successful completion of selection tests (Word, Excel, written French, and written English).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Rigor, discretion (confidentiality of medical records), and a team player.
