Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this Microsoft D365 QA and C#-Java Developper at this leading Professional Association in Anjou ;
Develop solutions and automate processes for Dynamics 365 and other systems (plugins, scripts, APIs, etc., low-code/no-code - Power Apps, Power Automate - or programming languages such as C# or JavaScript).
Plan, carry out and monitor functional, user acceptance (UAT) and end-to-end (E2E) tests, to guarantee the quality and reliability of solutions (define test strategy and scenario framework, write detailed scripts, organize test activities, monitor).
Collaborate closely with IS team members, other IT department teams, and project managers.
Support the IS team in learning and using the Dynamics 365 platform, providing a pedagogical role to help its members become familiar with the development, administration, functionalities and best practices related to Dynamics 365 (hands-on training, technical advice, etc.).
Provide training and support to other stakeholders to understand and use testing tools and processes.
Meticulously document and model information systems (CRM, LMS, ERP, etc.), their components, relationships, and related processes, with the aim of ensuring effective knowledge transfer and facilitating their maintenance.
Contribute to the various phases of information systems development, from analysis to maintenance, and propose or implement solutions or improvements.
Strictly apply IT department policies and procedures.
Participate in technology watch, particularly concerning CRM and M365-related tools.
Occasionally participate in and write business and functional analyses, and develop proposals for their implementation.
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this Microsoft D365 QA and C#-Java Developper at this leading Professional Association in Anjou ;
BAC, DEC or AEC in computer science (development, programming, programmer analyst or other relevant training program).
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in software design and development, with specific experience in the development and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM (object-oriented or multi-paradigm languages: C# and JavaScript, mainly, and other technologies relevant to Dynamics 365).
Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server DBMS in particular) and SQL language.
Experience and skills in quality assurance/testing (test planning and execution).
Minimum requirements:
Test management (e.g. Azure DevOps - Test Plans, integration of tests into deployments)
Functional test automation (e.g. Selenium, Power Automate)
Dynamics 365 connector validation, integration testing (e.g. Postman)
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft digital ecosystem and M365 tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and BDD frameworks.
Good knowledge of UML.
Functional English (intermediate to advanced) to be able to learn and communicate clearly on technical subjects.
