Responsibilities
Systems Administration: Lead the installation, configuration, and tuning of middleware technologies. Deploy and configure complex interfaces to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Operational Support: Diagnose and resolve production issues through expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Asset Refresh & Upgrades: Manage small-to-medium middleware upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions during asset refresh initiatives.
Security & Compliance: Routinely apply the latest security patches, perform comprehensive health checks, and manage SSL certificates to maintain a hardened environment.
Performance Tuning: Proactively monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to optimize throughput and reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including operational support guides and "Buildbooks."
Qualifications
Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
IBM Integration Suite: Minimum 5 years of experience administering IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM MQ.
Application Servers: Proficiency in WebLogic 12c (and above).
Web Technologies: Hands-on experience with Apache, Tomcat, and Reverse Proxy configurations.
Certificate Management: Working knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management and security protocols.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Oracle Utilities: Experience with Oracle Utilities Applications (CCB, NMS, OUA, and OMA).
WebSphere: Administration of WebSphere Application Server.
Job Scheduling: Experience with enterprise job schedulers such as Appworx.
ETL & Reporting: Familiarity with SAP BO reporting, Data Services, or other ETL technologies.
Professional Skills
Analytical Thinking: Ability to systematically gather information and grasp complexities within integrated environments.
Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to share information, gain consensus, and work toward the best solution for the team rather than individual goals.
