Create, implement, and maintain complex physical database designs, managing the overall database management system (DBMS) lifecycle.
Maintain, monitor, and optimize a large portfolio of Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19c databases inside high-volume, multi-tenant enterprise landscapes.
Design, build, and configure robust Oracle Database Servers across heterogeneous operating systems including Windows, Solaris, and Linux.
Execute expert-level performance tuning, database optimization, proactive capacity planning, growth forecasting, and storage sizing.
Ensure underlying databases continuously meet strict performance requirements for integrated applications, including Siebel CRM, Java web apps, ArcGIS, and Oracle APEX.
Provide elite, tier-3 database administration technical expertise during the initial design, discovery, and architecture phases of new digital initiatives.
Migration, Automation & Advanced Controls
Lead, architect, and deliver end-to-end solutions for enterprise Oracle migration projects to transition legacy configurations safely to Oracle 19c or higher.
Coordinate, plan, and automate complex data refresh routines from production down into lower, non-production staging environments.
Provide technical implementation support for advanced database utilities, including Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), Oracle Data Guard, RAC, Oracle Management Server (OMS), and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c.
Perform specialized systems analysis, impact evaluations, and implementation planning for software patches, maintenance packs, and comprehensive technology stack releases.
Manage and maintain distributed data systems, database gateways, middleware configurations, and data distribution replication rules.
Security, Risk Governance & Knowledge Transfer
Enforce ironclad database security parameters, setting up robust auditing controls to comply fully with enterprise security, data privacy, and compliance guidelines.

Professional Database Tenure: 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in Database Analysis and Administrator roles, focusing on enterprise-scale architectures.
Oracle Ecosystem Mastery: Extensive experience configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and fine-tuning Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19c environments within large multi-tenant configurations.
