Shift - Day Shift + OT opportunity
Pay Rate - $40-45/hr

Responsibilities
Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns involving conveyors, mixers, grinders, slicers, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment
Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions
Install, align, and commission new machinery and production equipment
Work closely with Production and Sanitation teams to ensure equipment readiness
Follow and enforce GMP, HACCP, health & safety, and food safety standards
Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to reduce downtime
Qualifications
Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) required
3+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in a high-speed production environment
Experience with conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and rotating equipment
Basic electrical and automation exposure is considered an asset
Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation
Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime as required
