Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: The primary responsibility is to ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally, performing repairs and proactive maintenance as necessary to meet production needs.
- Daily Management: Providing tactical management of the day-to-day maintenance activities, including prioritizing work orders and allocating resources.
- Operational Partnership: Working closely with the Operations team to align maintenance schedules with production targets (e.g., meeting daily case counts).


Qualifications
- Prior experience working in similar industry
- 433a millwright certification with at least 5 years of verifiable experience
- Ability to do troubleshooting and preventative maintenance solo
- Welding experience would be an asset
- Good communication skills
