Responsibilities
Lead and manage the warehouse operations team, including hiring, training, coaching, and
performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes for order picking, packing, shipping,
receiving, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of warehouse operations with
sales, procurement, and distribution activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize
excess inventory.
• Oversee the accuracy of inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments and deliveries.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners to ensure smooth
inbound and outbound logistics.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to facilitate efficient movement of products.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and
operational metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, payment terms, and contact details in
the accounting system.
• Process and post incoming payments, including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic
funds transfers.
Qualifications
-Minimum 4 à 5 ans d’expérience en entrepôt.
-Expérience démontrée en gestion d’équipe et leadership.
-Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (WMS, suite Office).
-Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.
-Capacité à travailler dans un rythme modéré avec de l’autonomie.
-Bonnes compétences en communication, résolution de problèmes et organisation.
-Expérience dans les domaines industriel.
-À l’aise pour travailler dans un environnement chaud ou froid.
