We are currently looking for a National Account Administrator for a reputable company in Stoney Creek, Ontario. This position is permanent with the role currently covering a 12-month maternity leave. This position has the potential for extension after the 12 months in the same role or a permanent opportunity in another area of the company.
The role is primarily administrative and involves facilitating national clients, managing the administration for approximately 15-20 national customers.

Responsibilities
-Administer and process all customer billing by submitting invoices across multiple online portals.
-Centralize and generate National Customer Statements.
-Coordinate administrative support for the National Account Manager.
-Handle contract compliance by reviewing and maintaining national agreements.
-Oversee the tracking system for all work orders.
-Maintain accurate records by updating key customer and account data.
-Address daily concerns and questions from 15 national customers and liaise with 17 regional offices.
-Perform Accounts Receivable follow-up duties.
Qualifications
-Experience previously in a service-based operation, billing or invoices as a focus is considered an asset
-Excel
-Exposure to JD Edwards, Salesforce or SAP is an asset
-Highschool diploma
-Business Diploma or Degree or similar
-Professional
-Detail oriented
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Reliable
