Position: New Accounts Administrator (Contract)
Location: Must be local to Mississauga, Toronto or surrounding area.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
8:30AM - 5:00PM
Start date - Oct 19th and Oct 26th
End date - April 2, 2027
Salary - $26/hr - $28/hr

Responsibilities
- The New Accounts team is responsible for opening and reviewing new accounts into Dataphile environment in a timely manner.
- You will be responsible in supporting a broad range of account lifecycle and client maintenance activities.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, risk awareness, and the ability to manage both routine and complex account updates across multiple systems ensuring documents are in good order adhering to internal and regulatory industry requirements.
- Providing clear instructions to our clients regarding any deficiencies to ensure an Effortless Experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Post-secondary education completed or equivalent work experience, paired with 0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment, and clear written/verbal communication skills.
- Work Authorization: Valid work authorization for Canada.
