Advantages
- 40 hour work week Monday Friday 10pm to 6:30am
- Salary between 60,000-80,000k depending on experience
- Vacation 2-3 weeks depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the dispatching of drivers for local freight shipments
- Assign loads, optimize local delivery routes, and adjust schedules in real time based on weather, traffic, construction, and customer priorities
- Track local drivers using fleet management to ensure on-time delivery and pickup performance
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers during the night shift—answering calls, clarifying delivery instructions, and troubleshooting operational roadblocks
- Ensure driver compliance with safety protocols, Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, and company guidelines
- Maintain continuous communication with night-shift warehouse operations, dock managers, and account managers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in Dispatching
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advancement problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
