Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Plus an extra +$2.00/hour for overnight hours!)
Night Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday night through Thursday night).
Your first week of training will be on days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) before you switch to the night shift.
What You Will Do:
Pick & Pack: Quickly and accurately pick, pack, and check customer orders.
Prep Shipments: Count stock, build pallets, and wrap them securely for shipping.
Use Technology: Use RF scanners and simple inventory software to find products and track orders.
Paperwork: Fill out basic order sheets and shipping manifests accurately.
Keep it Clean: Keep your station organized and free of safety hazards.
What We Are Looking For:
Reliability: You must drive your own vehicle to work and be ready to start immediately.
Independence: Able to work fast and stay on track completely unsupervised.
Physical Fitness: Able to stand all night and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using scanning tools and doing basic math/counting.
Schedule Flexibility: Able to do the daytime training week and then commit to the Sunday-Thursday night shift.

Execute flawless inventory tracking by manually completing order sheets and verifying item counts with zero discrepancies.
Construct stable, transit-ready freight by securely stacking product, performing accurate piece counts, and wrapping pallets for maximum durability.
Navigate internal warehouse systems and digital platforms seamlessly to log order updates and keep logistics data accurate.
Uphold a spotless, high-functioning workspace by actively participating in general shop cleaning and organizing inventory zones.
Qualifications
The Self-Directed Professional: You excel when left to manage your own workflow, maintaining a brisk, consistent output without requiring constant supervision.
The Commuted Operator (Must-Have): You are a licensed driver with personal, reliable transportation, ensuring you can reach the facility regardless of the hour.
The Agile Industrial Athlete: You bring the physical stamina needed to stay on your feet and comfortably lift, flip, and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
The Detail-Oriented Computer User: You are tech-savvy, comfortable utilizing digital tools, and possess sharp basic math and counting skills for rapid inventory audits.
The Adaptable Shift-Worker: You are ready to absorb new processes during your initial daytime training week, with the ultimate flexibility to transition seamlessly to the high-paying overnight block.
