The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable communications and change activities.

Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change impact analyses.
Develop stakeholder personas and audience segmentation strategies.

Support business readiness planning and deployment activities.
Establish change metrics and track adoption, engagement, and compliance.

Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with program milestones and rollout activities.

Support onboarding and engagement activities for application owners, infrastructure teams, operations teams, support teams, and security teams.
Work with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into business-focused messaging.
Monitor stakeholder sentiment and feedback to provide recommendations to program leadership.
Support rollout, stabilization, and operational readiness activities.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Program Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Networking, Operations, and Business teams.
Prepare executive-level updates and governance materials.
Support leadership engagement and sponsor communications.
Contribute to risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management activities.
Maintain communication and change management deliverables aligned with program objectives and timelines.

Required
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Transformation, or related disciplines.
Domain Focus: Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or digital transformation initiatives.
OCM Core Skills: Proven experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, persona development, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
Communication & Engagement: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive communications and presentation development experience.
Technical Translation: Proven ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear, business-focused language.
Global Exposure: Experience managing communications across global and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Execution: Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to independently manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
Experience supporting cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, Zero Trust, or security transformation programs.
Specific experience with network segmentation or enterprise security initiatives.
Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent formal change management certification.
Professional background in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration and communications platforms.
