We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join a critical, enterprise-wide Human Capital Management (HCM) modernization program. This is an immediate and pivotal role that requires a pragmatic, hands-on professional ready to both execute an existing plan and define the future OCM strategy.
...
This is a minimum one-year contract with a high potential for extension up to three years.
The Opportunity
You will step into a key OCM leadership role, ensuring program continuity This position offers a unique chance to manage change across distinct project phases:
Phase 1: Stabilization & Execution: Seamlessly transition into the program, executing the existing, aligned-upon change management plan to ensure stability and continuity for the project team and stakeholders.
Phase 2 & Beyond: Strategy & Design: Take ownership of the future-state plan, responsible for designing and developing comprehensive new OCM strategies, frameworks, and detailed plans for subsequent phases of the modernization.
The successful candidate must be skilled at adopting an existing framework while simultaneously creating innovative future-state plans.
Advantages
This role is structured for maximum professional influence. You are immediately responsible for flawlessly executing an existing, high-stakes modernization plan (Phase 1), which is a key measure of your tactical skill. Following this, you will transition into the strategic leadership role of designing the OCM approach for all subsequent phases (Phase 2+).
This dual mandate offers:
Proof of Versatility: It proves your ability to be both a hands-on executor and a long-term strategic planner.
Elevated Visibility: You become the single point of contact (the "key person") for OCM on a major enterprise-wide HCM transformation, ensuring high visibility with program leadership.
Industry Expertise: You will gain critical, in-demand experience specifically with HCM implementation in the highly complex services sector.
Small, Collaborative Team: The emphasis on a "small, collaborative group" means less bureaucratic overhead and a greater ability to implement your innovative ideas directly, as your contribution is essential to the team's success.
Responsibilities
As a hands-on contributor in a small, collaborative team, you will be the lead for the "people side" of change, responsible for:
Communications (Comms): Developing and delivering targeted, innovative, and compelling communication materials to all impacted employee groups.
Training Readiness: Overseeing and managing the creation and delivery of training programs and materials, ensuring end-user readiness and adoption of the new HCM system.
Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the key OCM partner and liaison, managing stakeholder relationships, identifying resistance, and building alignment across the organization.
Change Adoption: Monitoring and measuring change adoption, gathering feedback, and implementing reinforcement plans to sustain the change post-implementation.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Proven experience successfully implementing a new HCM system enterprise-wide (i.e., you have led the OCM for a major HCM replacement/rollout).
Preferred: Direct experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) or a comparable modern HCM platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud).
Level: Intermediate to Senior-level OCM expertise (5+ years of dedicated OCM experience preferred).
Attributes: Highly adaptable, collaborative, pragmatic, and possess a "roll up your sleeves" attitude to support a fast-moving, small project team.
Summary
If you are a passionate and experienced OCM professional ready to tackle a complex, impactful multi-phase program, we encourage you to apply immediately.
