• Perform high-volume scanning of shipping documents, invoices, and bills of lading.
• Execute precise data entry into the internal logistics management system.
• Organize and archive physical files to ensure easy retrieval for the morning shift.
• Verify the accuracy of scanned documents against digital records to maintain data integrity.
• Support the manufacturing & logistics team with general clerical tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with office safety standards.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors to prioritize urgent documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues, such as scanner jams or printer connectivity.
Qualifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in using high-volume industrial scanners and document management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
