We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a temporary opportunity in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have past experience with order entry, invoicing, purchasing, and invoicing within the Logistics industry.

Processing orders, invoices and requisitions
Print, scan and copy files and documents
Enter work orders into the system for processing
Manage multiple phone lines and transfer to the appropriate personnel.
Deposit checks
Receive mail from couriers
Track monthly reports
Maintain and order office supplies
Qualifications
Strong keyboard and computer skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Professional by friendly attitude
Punctual
Organized and a quick thinker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with ERP systems. SAP Business preferred but not required
2-3 years experience in a similar position
